No refunds are given with Caribbean cruises of 7 days notice or less, with no refund given 14 days or less with the cruises to Europe, Middle East, and South America. Fifty percent of cruise fair/air add-on hotel refunds are given 8 to 29 days notice to Caribbean Island area, and 15 to 44 days to Europe, Middle East, and South America. Of course, rate and time frames always change for different cruise sailings, group bookings, changes to names or departure dates, and holidays which always affect cancellation rules.
